"A real Animal House"

Films: Roar (1981)

Alias: Lions (like Togar, Robbie, and Tommy), tigers, leopards, and cougars

Type: Natural

Location: Haunted home/Forest

Height/Weight: That of their respective species.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Most kids would give anything to have some of the most powerful feline predators as pets. Most adults would tell them that it's a recipe for disaster. Hank was not "most adults".

History: Hank and his family had something big going on in Africa. He had made a wildlife sanctuary mainly comprised of many, many big cats, particularly lions. But his attempts to domesticate them truly are showing some holes, and they cannot stay contained for long. It's only a matter of time before Hank finds himself at the mercy of these untamable predators.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Many of the animals are shot and killed, but in the end, they come back to Hank's home, and things seem to settle back to normal.

Powers/Abilities: None

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-The only thing that negates their fright is that when they want to be, they can indeed be very friendly and playful. However, that doesn't change the fact that these are living, breathing animals. Just ask the filmmakers...

Trivia: -Oh yeah, this film is infamous for how just about everyone in it that isn't an animal was injured in some way. The worst offender was when one guy got attacked so many times he developed gangrene.

-This film was inspired by when the director and his wife discovered an abandoned plantation overrun by lions in Africa in 1969.

For the love of God, don't let that statement falter.

First documentary, then comedy, now adventure?! Honestly.

Yeah...a comedy of errors.

"Hank's a jerk! Ain't gonna work!"
Soooo, yeah. Comedy.

Your expectations have already been shattered by the tagline.

Always give hugs after each brutalization.

The lions are loose! The werewolves are coming!
